Description
YRQ2 is the newest product by our company special for mines, a new series developed by combining a large amount of introduced technologies and our decades of experiences in design and manufacturing of motors for mines, which can be used to drive coal mill, rolling mill, winch, crusher and other machineries in mines.
With a lot of advantages, including compact structure, slight vibration and low noise, high reliability, strong overload capacity and installation & maintenance convenience, Series YRQ2 is a new generation of high-performance motor special for mines. This series' mounting dimension is as same as the old Series JR11-15#, whose power level, mounting dimension and electrical performance meet GB755 Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motor.
By adopting a box-type structure and an integrated welded frame made of steel plate, the series has a good rigidity and a good shock resistance as well as a light weight. Ventilation pattern: natural air cooling, i.e. IC01; protection class: IP23; rated frequency: 50HZ; voltage classes: 380V, 3KV, 6KV, 10KV. We can design and customize motors with other voltage or frequency values (415V, 690V, 3KV, 10KV, 60HZ), high protection class: IP44, IP54 and to be used in special environment (high attitude, humid tropics, strong corrosion) as required by customers.

YRQ2 Tech Data Sheet of 3-phase Asyn. Motor SThe power grade, electrical performance and mounting dimensions of Y2 series compact HV motor are compatible with GB755 and GB/T13957 states standard and IEC 34-1 criteria. The enclosure protection grade of this series is IP54 or IP55, and type of cooling as IC411. We can produce motors of all sizes of class 6.6 kV, 3 kV ,3.3 kV ,10.5kV and 11kV as per customers' requirement. This series of products are featured as small size, light weight, compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, and fulfilling environmental requirements of customers. The examples have marked dimensions of IMB3, compatible with provisions of GB997 and IEC34-7. We can also produce motors with mounting dimensions of IMB35 and IMV1 as per customers' requirement. Purpose This series of motors are applicable to power compressor, ventilation fan, pump, crusher, metal cutting lathe, coal mill and transport machinery, and used as prime engine of mining industry, engineering industry, petrochemical industry and other industrial and mining enterprises too. Concerning technical data shall be provided in ordering for motors to be used for ventilating fan, coal mill, crusher and iron-rolling mill, so as to ensure reliable operation of motor.
